Return & Refund Policy

At Mark & Sarah Toronto, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to our international fulfillment model, we maintain a clear return policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered.
• Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and customs fees.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.
• Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.

2. Return Process

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@marksarahtoronto.com.
2. You will receive the return address of our international supplier.
3. Ship the item back at your own cost, including any customs or shipping fees.
4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if tracking shows delivery.
• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
